Return Policy

If your reed was somehow damaged during shipping, I will gladly replace the reed. Please let me know within 24 hours of receiving your order at jiffyreeds@gmail.com. Damaged reeds must be returned to the address listed on your receipt.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges of reeds due to preference (too hard, too soft, tone, etc.) are never permitted due to the nature of the product. If you aren’t sure which reed you should try or have any questions at all, send me an email and I can help guide you!
