Anatomy of a Reed

When I was a beginner bassoonist I had NO IDEA there was a third wire under the thread of my reeds, and when I discovered it my mind was blown! I made these charts to help those who may not know the “lingo” of reed terminology feel confident to describe any part of their reed.
